  • Take 1.5 kg of icing sugar(3 pack of 500g icing sugar).
  • Provide 2 teaspoon of cmc.
  • Get 2 tablespoon of gelatin.
  • Provide 1/2 cup of glucose syrup.
  • You need 1/2 cup of water.

Instructions to make Fondant :

  • Pou icing sugar in a bowl,add cmc and mix.
  • In a separate cup add water and gelatin mix and allow to bloom.
  • After the gelatin has bloom, double boil on fire while stiring continuously till the gelatin melts,then remove from fire.
  • Add the glucose to the melted gelatin and return to fire (double boiler) stir while it melts.
  • Add the dissolved mixture little by little to the icing sugar mix, don't use all the liquid. Form a stiff dough
  • Cover dough and allow to rest, knead well before using
