- Firstly boil all veggies then kash it.. now take a pan add butter/ghee,.....then add hing,jeera little bit cook then add chopped onion then little bit cook now add tomato,add salt little bit cook,now add all masala,then cook for 5min cover with lid..after 5min add all boiled veggies..add lemon juice...add butter...garnish with coriander leaves and butter..now of the flame now ready too serve..with butter
