  • You need 1 of - Cauliflower florets.
  • Take 2-3 of - Potatoes.

Steps to make Pav Bhaji :

  • Pressure cook cauliflower, green capsicum and peas in a cooker separator WITHOUT ADDING WATER....in another separator add potatoes with water....pressure cook or 4~5 whistles....now take all the veggies out and smash properly with a smasher and keep aside. Now in a heavy bottom pan heat oil now add cumin seeds let it crackle now add chopped onions let it turn pink add ginger garlic green chillies paste saute well....
  • Then add tomato puree and kashmiri lal and pav bhaji masala saute till it leaves the oil and starts leaving the pan....now add boiled veggies and salt....cook well for 10 mins till the veggies gets mixed with masala now add chopped coriander leaves and butter.....serve hot with shallow fried buttered paavs....chopped onions and lemon...add butter from above while serving
  • Please note use green chillies in lesser quantity as we need 2 add kashmiri lal mirch powder for giving it a nice colour and even pav bhaji masala is spicy so either avoid or use only 2 green chillies.....and yeah no kanjusi in adding butter as it will enhance the taste
