Steps to make Deluxe veggie pizza :
- For pizza base take the ingredients and mix well. Make a dough by adding curd. After that add 1 tsp oil and kneet again. Keep it for 1 hr by covering with samp cloth.
- For pizza sauce cut all the ingredients and boil in water for 10 minutes. Cool down and grind. In a pan add oil and 1 tbsp of mixture. Then add kashmiri chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes. Add the rest mixture add salt and sugar and cook till the oil separates.
- For white sauce heat a pan add butter and all purpose flour mix well then add milk followed by water and salt.
- After 1 hr take a section of dough roll it in circle. Pok it with the help of fork. Press a little on the sides. In a plate grease it with oil. Put the pizza base. Now add pizza sauce.
- Then add white sauce. This sauce is made to enhance taste we can also skip this with cheese. Put all the toppings. Grate the cheese on top.
- Pre heat a wok loaded with salt. Put a stand on that now place the pizza. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot by sprinkling chilli flakes and oregano with ketchup.
