The ingredients needed to make Pav Bhaji :
- Prepare 4 of Pav.
- You need to taste of salt.
- Get 2 of potatoes.
- You need 1 cup of fresh peas.
- Get 1 cup of cauliflower.
- You need 1/2 cup of capsicum.
- Get 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need as needed of Butter.
- Provide 3 tsp of fresh coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Provide 1 tsp of Pav bhaji masala.
- Provide 1/2 tsp of jeera(cumin) powder.
- Use 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder / haldi.
- You need 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
Steps to make Pav Bhaji :
- Chop and Boil veggies. And keep aside
- Nonstick Tawa add 2 tbsp oil and 1 cube butter. Add onion and boiled veggies with tomato fry
- Now add chilli powder, haldi, pav bhaji masala and Jeera powder
- Let it boil for 2 min then mash everything with smasher. Now add Coriander, lemon juice and 1 cup water cook for 10 min
- Once the oil and butter separates from the bhaji turn off the gas.
- Cut the pav in middle and slit it. Take pan add 1 tbs butter +chilli powder+haldi + gram masala +salt +chopped Coriander
- Now put pav on this and fry on both side of pav. Serve these pav with bhaji
