- Get 1 of onion.
- Take 2 of boiled and mashed potatoes.

- Use 2 of finely chopped tomatoes.

- Take 3 tsp of pav bhaji masala.

Steps to make Pav bhaji :
- Take all the vegetables and finely chop them
- Add some cooking oil in the pan. Add onion to it and fry well. then add all the vegetables and including tomato and mashed potato and keep mixing it it will mash on it's own. Add haldi mirch namak garam masala and pav bhaji masala to it and mix it well
- Add some water to make it little viscous. add butter and mix it well
- Apply some butter on the tawa and heat it. take 2 pavs and cut it from the middle and put in on the tawa to make it hot. serve hot pav bhaji
