The ingredients needed to cook Pav Bhaji :

  • Provide 2 big of Potatoes.
  • Use 2 of Capsicum.
  • Use 250 gms of Cauliflower.
  • Prepare 1 of Carrots.
  • Prepare 100 gms of Green peas.
  • Use as required of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Take 3 big of Finely chopped tomatoes pureed.
  • Get 2 big of Finely chopped onions.
  • Get 2-3 of Green chillies for garnish optional.
  • Take 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  • Get 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  • Get 1/2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
  • Prepare to taste of Salt.
  • Use 1 packet of Everest pav bhaji masala half mix in 1 glass water.
  • Get 1 packet of Butter.
  • Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

Steps to make Pav Bhaji :

  • Boil all vegetables in 1 glass of water an mash them a make thick paste. Heat pan add oil and butter add 2/3 rd of finely chopped onion saute till it turn pink, add ginger garlic paste, add chopped tomatoes/puree, mix well an cook for 3 mints, add all spices (turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala powder, salt) add little water an mix well, now on slow flame cook nicely and in-between keep adding the water in which we added half pav bhaji masala, let it cook on slow flame.
  • For 10 to 15 mints. Once done garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chopped onions and green chilli and butter. Serve with Pav toasted in butter.
