  • Peel,wash, boil pumpkin and potato initially on high flame till first whistle then on low flame for 10 minute,Chop onions and tomatoes,cut paneer into small cubes side by side
  • Place a pan on other side,put some cooking oil,let it heat and put chopped onions and peas into it,simmer in medium heat after five minutes now add salt,red chillies,turmeric and chopped tomatoes
  • Coming back to pressure cooker;mashed potatoes and pumpkin now place them into pan,mix well,at this stage now add PAV BHAJI MASALA and Paneer cubes to it.....ur bhaji is ready
  • At this stage put Tawa on gas and heat Pavs with butter and serve hot with Onion salad...
